PSG are already in San Sebastian for the second round tie against Real Sociedad. The Parisians will be defending their 2-0 first leg lead at the Reale Arena, so they will have to take their chances against Real Sociedad to try and turn the tie around.
During the pre-match press conference, Luis Enrique was questioned throughout about Kylian Mbappe, who he has been changing in recent games in a clear sign that his team has to get used to playing without him.
"Same management of Mbappe in the Champions League? Maybe, maybe not... who knows? Who knows? It's very easy to manage. You have to accept that journalists ask questions and answer what you want," said the Asturian coach.
On the other hand, 'Lucho' predicted that it will be a very difficult game against Real Sociedad: "All Champions League second legs are difficult, even those who have had better results than us in the first leg. These are difficult games. It's a misleading result. I think we are in an exceptional moment in terms of results and in having all the players on board. I can play with any of the 23 called-up players".
Finally, the Asturian coach showed full confidence in his players. "One goal can change the game, the atmosphere. It's going to be difficult, but this is what we dreamed of when we were kids. These are the atmospheres we want to live in and overcome. We're going to have to be very good in attack and defence. We are not going to speculate. You know that. The objective is not to go through, it's to win the game. We're in the best moment of the season," he concluded.
