Stefan De Vrij renews with Inter Milan until 2025

Inter Milan have been quite active this summer. After activating the option to buy Francesco Acerbi, the San Siro outfit have just announced the extension of Stefan De Vrij's contract. The Dutch defender has signed for a further two seasons, until 2025.
"FC Internazionale Milano can announce that it has reached an agreement with Stefan De Vrij to extend his stay at the Club. The 31-year-old defender has extended his contract until 2025," reads the club's press release.
The former Lazio player, for his part, dedicated a few words to the fans: "Hi, Inter fans, I'm happy to keep defending these colours. See you at San Siro, Forza Inter!"
Stefan De Vrij arrived at the Giuseppe Meazza's side in 2018 from Lazio. Since then, he has made 202 appearances and scored 9 goals.
