Sevilla mourn the death of three fans who died in a car accident while travelling to Madrid to watch their team's quarter-final against Atletico Madrid. La Liga, the RFEF and the Madrid outfit offered their condolences to the Andalusian club for their painful loss.

Three people died on Thursday in multiple accidents in Ciudad Real, who have been identified as Sevilla fans who were travelling to Madrid to watch tonight's Copa del Rey quarter-final against Atletico Madrid at the Metropolitano stadium.
They are a father and a son, while the identity of the third person has not been revealed, all of them from Moron de la Frontera (Seville), as confirmed to 'EFE'.
Sevilla FC have issued a statement on social media in which it "deeply" regrets the death of the three fans and has announced that the players will wear black armbands, while it has also said that it will ask the Spanish Football Federation to decree a minute's silence for this event.
On social media, the RFEF wrote that it "shares the grief of the entire Spanish football family for the loss of the three Sevilla fans who were travelling to Madrid on Thursday to watch their team play in the Copa Del Rey".
La Liga, in turn, also showed "its condolences to the families and friends of the three deceased Sevilla fans". Meanwhile, Atletico conveyed its "deepest condolences to the Sevilla family and the relatives" of the three deceased Andalusian fans
