As the Bundesliga champions prepare to lose Lucas Hernandez to PSG, they waste no time securing his replacement. 'Sky Sports Germany' report that Napoli defender Kim Min-jae will join Bayern on a five-year deal, and a verbal agreement has been reached.
The same outlet reports he will earn between €10 and €12 million-per-season with the Germans, and they will pay a release clause in the region of €50 million.
It comes as a blow to Manchester United, as 'Daily Mail' reports the Red Devils were preparing to improve their offer to tempt the defender to the Premier League.
They are yet to make a signing this summer, as they have reached a stalemate over Chelsea's Mason Mount and are still facing uncertainty over the future of goalkeeper David De Gea.
Kim would have been a steadying force for the Manchester outfit, as he played a huge role in bringing Napoli their first Scudetto in over 30 years, and missed just three league matches over the season.
