According to Pochettino, very good things are coming for Chelsea. The Argentinian coach sees the team and the coaching staff making progress and says it is only a matter of time before the good results come.

Mauricio Pochettino arrived at Chelsea four months ago but his time at Stamford Bridge has not been the easiest that it could have been. The Blues have had a poor start to the season and are 11th in the Premier League after eight games.
The coach has said that during pre-season and at the start of the campaign the results did not match the work of the team but that they still remained positive. The Argentinian believes that his team has a lot more to give and as the season progresses a better Chelsea will be seen.
"We need to be calm in the way we judge players and the team. I think we are growing and very good things are coming. You can feel that, even if sometimes we have some ups and downs. But, in the end, we will succeed together, for sure," said Pochettino.
The international break has given Pochettino time to assess the progress made in recent weeks. "We have many players injured, key players who cannot compete and train with us. That is so important. You can see how different it is for a club like Manchester City, how affected they are, when there is no Rodri of De Bruyne, and that’s only two players.
"For us, we miss many key players that can help us develop and improve the team faster. Yes, in this way, when we recover all the players, for sure we will be ready to compete for big things. Even now, we need to believe that we can compete for big things despite the circumstance," concludes Pochettino.
