Barcelona appeal against Lewandowski's red card

According to 'Sport', Barcelona have used up the time available to the club to lodge a new appeal to the Competition Committee for the three-match ban imposed on Lewandowski after the match against Osasuna.
The player received a three-match ban: two for disrespecting the referee Gil Manzano and one for the double yellow card.
Lewandowski put his finger to his nose and then pointed at the referee. It was a gesture that made the referee angry. The striker was surprised by the harshness of the ban: "We had talked about if we got a yellow card we should be careful with the second one."
We will have to see if Barcelona will finally get their way and ensure that the player at least misses as few as possible.
