Real Madrid return to Mestalla on Saturday, where Vinicius suffered serious racist insults last season. An episode that has marked the build-up to the game and was also a central part of Carlo Ancelotti's press conference. The Italian coach does not want there to be a circus and hopes that after the game against Valencia they can only talk about football.
"The closer you get to the end of the season, the more important the matches become. Especially against teams that are doing well. Madrid have always found it difficult to win at Mestalla because it's a difficult ground against a team that is doing well," he said.
"We need to be at our best. The players who were out are back, such as Camavinga, Joselu, Bellingham, Carvajal... We have the most complete squad and we hope to be able to play a more complete game," added Ancelotti.
The Italian coach confirmed the return of Jude Bellingham. "Bellingham is 100 per cent. He hasn't trained much but everything he's done on an individual level he's done, he's in good physical condition, he's happy with his ankle.... He's at full fitness and he's going to play tomorrow."
