Conor Gallagher did not play a prominent role for Chelsea last season. The English midfielder has been overshadowed by the London side's new reinforcements.
As a result, according to 'The Guardian', the Blues are willing to listen to offers for his transfer. He played 45 appearances last season, scoring three goals and assisting once.
Several Premier League clubs such as West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in his services. However, neither have submitted an opening bid. Chelsea expect to receive a £35m bid for him.
Meanwhile, Mauricio Pochettino's side have already got rid of several midfielders and Gallagher is next. N'Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Mason Mount, among others, have all left Stamford Bridge this summer.
The board want to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton & Hove Albion but negotiations have stalled as both parties are unable to reach an agreement.
