Dortmund call for 100 million pounds up front for Bellingham

Borussia Dortmund will not make it easy for whoever wants to buy Jude Bellingham. Whoever wants him will have to pay Dortmund 100 million pounds in one go. Paying in instalments is not an option.

Real Madrid and Man City are the teams who, right now, are reportedly interested in Bellingham. The pair are thinking about fighting for the Dortmund midfielder.
Dortmund are accepting that that he could leave and they want to make sure they get big money for him if he leaves.
'The Sun' reports that Dortmund will ask for around 100 million pounds for him. And they will demand that the payment is made up front. Paying in instalments will not be permitted.
The newspàper says that Dortmund are trying to scare off the multiple suitors. They believe that clubs might forget about Bellingham with these latest demands.
Real Madrid are insisting on bringing Bellingham to the Bernabeu however possible. The club are thinking about a future with him at the club, but they do not want to get into bidding wars. 100 million pounds is the maximum Real Madrid are willig to spend on his signing. Man City will not make it easyu though and will get their chequebook out if needed.
Whether he leaves Dortmund or not, the Englshman's name is going to be one of the most talked about of the summer. Many teams want him for the 2023-24 season and everything seems to indicate that this summer could see him leave for good.
Given this panorama, Dortmund have had no other option than to start to look for a possible successor. Kudus of Ajax could well be his replacement.
