Juve offer €40m for ex-Barcelona player Todibo
Juventus are very interested in the French centre-back and are willing to pay around 40 million euros for the 24-year-old's permanent transfer. Todibo arrived at Barcelona midway through the 2018/19 campaign, but had little chance with the Catalan giants.

After the signing of Khephren Thuram, Juventus could sign another French player from Nice. Jean-Clair Todibo, who was signed as a future project of Barcelona and left the Catalan club with hardly any opportunities.
At the end of last season, the 24-year-old had spent three and a half seasons at Nice, where his performances have always been excellent and he was particularly impressive in the course of the 2022/23 season. Todibo has improved his performances considerably in recent seasons and was capped by the French national team at the end of last year.
Juventus and Nice are on good terms. And the player is also looking forward to this change of scenery after having practically closed his move to Manchester United. The UEFA authorities put the brakes on his transfer because the two clubs are under the same ownership (INEOS).
According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', the Frenchman has reportedly already agreed a salary of two million euros per year and it only remains for the clubs to reach an agreement as they did a few weeks ago for Thuram.
The offer from the Turin club is close to 40 million euros and Juventus could insist on this signing after practically giving up on another of their targets, such as Riccardo Calafiori.
Todibo is Thiago Motta's favourite, but the Italian-Brazilian is also considering other options if his arrival cannot be completed in time, such as Arsenal's Jakub Kiwior, Wolfsburg's Maxence Lacroix and Barcelona's Clement Lenglet.
