Madrid legend looking to follow in Xabi Alonso's footsteps

The season is coming to an end and it is time to pause for thought. For example, Raul is beginning to consider that his time at the helm of Real Madrid reserve team is coming to an end.
'AS' claims that the coach is considering leaving if he receives an interesting offer and in Germany they are rubbing their hands together. The media reports that, at the moment, he has two options in the Teutonic country: Union Berlin and Hamburg.
Union Berlin play in the Bundesliga while Hamburg are a historic club who are currently in the second tier. Although they are not in the top flight, the project is interesting, as it would allow them to fight for promotion and, from there, to build a solid team with which to grow.
According to the aforementioned source, Raul has been in talks with Hamburg for some time. For their part, Real Madrid are waiting for their coach to make a decision. The 'Merengues' are delighted with him and want him to stay, but they understand that it is up to him to choose what step to take with regard to his future.
First division side Union Berlin and second tier side Hamburg want to make Raul their own Xabi Alonso. The coach, who is open to new challenges, will assess all possibilities after the end of the season.
