Paris Saint-Germain managed to renew Kylian Mbappe last summer but the striker is considering a move away from the French side.
'L'Equipe' claims that the 24-year-old has no intention of triggering the one-year extension clause included in his current contract. As a result, Mbappe could leave the Parc des Princes in 2024 as a free agent.
The PSG board will find themselves in the same situation as in the last summer transfer window and will have to look for a new star striker for the team.
Galtier's side have once again seen their Champions League dreams dashed despite having renewed Mbappe and will need to strengthen their squad with vision for the coming seasons.
Nonetheless, the same media outlet reports that the French club are confident that the France international will renew his contract as sporting director Luis Campos has a good relationship with him.
