Harry Kane, that's the name on PSG's radar. The club is beginning to take Kylian Mbappe's departure for granted and Nasser Al-Khelaifi is prioritising the English striker as the main option to fill the void that the Frenchman could leave.
According to 'RMC Sport' on Monday, the owner of the Parisian club is optimistic about the viability of the operation. He does not consider as a threat the more than notable interest of Bayern Munich in signing Tottenham's '10' next season. What's more, even the player's wife has already enquired about possible accommodation in the French capital.
Both Harry Kane and Kylian Mbappe are in rather similar situations. Both have been presented with an ultimatum: either they renew or leave in the current transfer window. In the case of the English striker, Spurs are offering him up to 462,000 euros a week.
Manchester United are the ones who have dropped from this race. The 'Red Devils' need to reduce their wage bill as much as they can, not get into another multi-million pound contract. In this situation, the journalist Fabrizio Romano assured that Rasmus Hojlund is the main target of the Old Trafford side.
As a result, PSG will only have Bayern Munich as competition in the fight for Harry Kane's transfer. The striker scored 32 goals and provided five assists in 49 official matches last season with more than 4,000 minutes under his belt.
