Racist abuse against Vini goes to court

The Hate Crimes Section of the Valencia Provincial Public Prosecutor's Office have appeared at a magistrate's court to start proceedings to investigate the racist abust which Real Madrid striker Vinicius was victim to last Sunday at the Mestalla.

The justice system have the case which started at the Mestalla ground in their hands. The chants and abuse that Real Madrid's Vinicius received are being investigated.
Source from the public prosecution office told 'EFE' that the Valencia prosecutor's office have reported the events to a magistrate's court. These accusations will be joined with those put forward by the La Liga.
On Tuesday, the Spanish police arrested three people between 18 and 21 years of age for said crimes, who have since been released on bail after making a statement to the police.
It is foreseeable that, once a legal case has been opened, the court that finally takes responsibility for this investigation will summon them for questioning.
The three men arrested are Spanish, and the police charged them with an alleged offence relating to the exercise of fundamental rights and public freedoms.
