Saudi Arabia is emerging as the new phenomenon of modern football. The Arab country has gone in search of great footballers using big sums of money. Cristiano Ronaldo and Benzema have already joined this new journey, although they could not be the only ones.
As journalist Ekrem Konur pointed out, Sergio Ramos could be next on the list. The centre-back will be without a club from 30th June following the end of his time at PSG.
Al Ahli, who have finished top of the table and have therefore been promoted to the highest category of Saudi football, would be willing to go all out for the former Real Madrid player. There is talk that they could offer him almost 20 million euros in wages.
At 37 years of age, Sergio Ramos could take up the challenge and thus have a relaxed retirement. In this season with the Parisian club, the player has played a total of 45 games, almost all of them as a starter, and has scored four goals.
