Poch draws up list of non-transferables for Chelsea
Even though he is not yet officially the Chelsea head coach, Mauricio Pochettino is expected to soon take over the job from Frank Lampard. While waiting to take charge, he is thought to have given the board a list of four players who he doesn't want going anywhere.

Next year, Chelsea will want to forget their terrible 2022-23 season. Big changes are expected at the London side, with Mauricio Pochettino coming into the dugout to replace Frank Lampard.
Following this, a busy transfer market awaits for president Todd Boehly, equally in terms of departures and arrivals. To prepare the best they can, the ex-PSG boss is thought to have already drawn up a list of players he wants to keep at all costs, with a few surprises thrown in.
In fact, the manager is wanting to prioritise the youth, who are to play a major role in his spell in the English capital. With that in mind, the future Blues' coach wants to keep Levi Colwill, who is expected to return to Stamford Bridge from a loan spell at Brighton at the end of the season. As well as the young Englishman, midfielders Conor Gallagher and Mason Mount are liked by the Argentine, as is full-back Reece James, according to 'London Evening Standard'.
Just like he used talented young stars while at Tottenham, he wishes to repeat this tactic at Chelsea. However, only time will tell if these wishes come to fruition if and when he is confirmed as Blues boss.
